If you are an Active Trooper on the job, you can join FOP 76 through Payroll Deduction. Fill out the Payroll deduction and membership information forms, and mail the originals to the lodge. Your Payroll Deduction will start within a pay period or two, and you will be a full member of FOP 76. (Currently $13 per pay)

As an Active Member of FOP 76, you have a number of benefits. You have an attorney available to you for on-duty and off-duty matters, available 24/7. You will also be eligible for FOP logo tags for your vehicle. Contact the Lodge for the necessary forms. 

Are you a retired Trooper who wants to get involved in your FOP lodge? Fill out your Membership Information form below and mail it to the Lodge, along with a check for your yearly dues. ($90 per year starting with the 2019 membership.)

As an Retired Member of FOP 76, you have a number of benefits. You have an attorney available to you for personal matters, either included as a part of your membership, or at a greatly discounted rate, available 24/7. You will also be eligible for FOP logo tags for your vehicle. Contact the Lodge for the necessary forms. 

Are you an upstanding member of your community and want to support your local Troopers, you can become an Associate Member of FOP Lodge 76! Upon payment of your annual dues and acceptance by the lodge membership, you will receive a membership card, window sticker, and vehicle medallion identifying you as a full Associate Member of FOP 76. (Currently $40 per year. Vehicle medallion only available on first sign up) Just fill out the Associate Membership Form and Member Information sheets and mail them to the lodge.

Subject to a background check and acceptance by the membership. (The Associate member has no voting power on lodge matters)
